All QnFlowers designs pictured on this website are guides to the style or flowers, bouquets and arrangements that will be delivered. Delivered flowers, bouquets and arrangements may vary according to seasonal and color availability, or due to reasons such that their quality do not meet QnFlowers standards. In such cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality are required. Although those cases happen very rarely, QnFlowers will ensures that customers are always well informed of the design variations in details, and only proceed with the order once confirmation is received from the customers.
Due to the large number of orders received on Mother’s Day & Valentines Day, QnFlowers reserves the right to make substitutions, without notice, where ultimately necessary to ensure that your delivery arrives on time. All substitutions will be made with similar products to the same or greater value of the original.
In the event that a Product is not available and there are no substitutions, QnFlowers will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and will refund the full amount no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
You can amend your orders by emailing us the changes details by 6PM the day before the scheduled delivery date. During special events, which include Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you need to place the change request by 6PM two days before the scheduled delivery date. Depending on the changes, you may need to pay for additional charges incurred.
You can cancel your order only if QnFlowers receives your notice at minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Email is the preferred communication method for cancellation notices. Each cancellation of order will be charged $10 administrative fee.
QnFlowers cannot cancel or refund those orders that are already made, dispatched or in transit, unfortunately.
In those cases where the recipient is not at home upon delivery and the sender has advised that another delivery attempt is required, additional charges will apply. These charges are dictated by the rate charged by our courier.
In those cases where the recipient is not at home and the sender has advised our couriers to leave the goods at the front or back door, QnFlowers accept no responsibilities to what happen to the goods afterwards.
Orders received on Public holidays will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

All of QnFlowers bouquets and arrangements are made by professional florist, their freshness, quality and values are always guaranteed. We also provide the flower caring instructions to help you keep the flowers last as long as possible and remain in their best possible conditions.
Having said that, if you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us for a replacement or refund within 36 hours of delivery, no questions asked, no returns needed, it’s that simple!
