Your Order

Yes they are. They also include any taxes. You only need to pay for the prices shown on the website, plus any delivery fee, where applicable, nothing else.

You can cancel your order only if QnFlowers receives your notice at minimum 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Email is the preferred communication method for cancellation notices. Each cancellation of order will be charged $10 administrative fee.
QnFlowers cannot cancel or refund those orders that are already made, dispatched or in transit, unfortunately.

Yes, you can. You just need to email us detailing the changes to your order at minimum 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. During special events, which include Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you need to place the change request at minimum 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Depending on the changes, you may need to pay for additional charges incurred.

QnFlowers does not offer any Gift Vouchers at the moment. However, we will consider providing Gift Vouchers in the near future if demand is high. Please drop us an email to express your interest.

Delivery

Delivery fee is calculated during the check out process, upon the supply of shipping address. The fee is based on suburb of delivery.

We do Australian wide delivery. Interstate delivery, however, may incur additional charges. Our sale team will contact you if your order is to be shipped to states other than Victoria to confirm the delivery fee. If you are not happy with the fee, you may proceed cancelling the order without incurring any charges.

We do not deliver on public holidays.

We can not commit to a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfill your request however we can not guarantee it.

All deliveries to business addresses will be made by close of business (5:00 PM local time).

The cut off time for same day delivery order is 12PM on weekdays and 10AM on Saturdays (only Metro areas). Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed with our best effort, however, delivery on the same day can not be guaranteed.

During special events, such as Christmas, Valentine and Mother’s day, please refer to our Delivery Policy for the specific cut off time.

Before making any delivery attempts, QnFlowers will confirm with you by either phone or email as to what to do if the recipient is not at home. The 2 most common cases are:

  1. Our couriers are to leave the goods at the front or back door. In these cases, QnFlowers accepts no responsibility to whatever happen to the goods afterwards.
  2. Our couriers are to bring back the goods to QnFlowers and re-deliver the goods at a later time. Re-delivery attemps will iccur additional charges.

Unless you have contacted us to correct the supplied address upon any delivery attemtps, QnFlowers accepts no responsibility for the mistake. Please be very careful when you fill in the shipping address during checkout.

To ensure the utmost care of our work, all of our arrangements are hand-delivered using specialist floral couriers. Therefore, we are unable to provide tracking information. However, delivery details can still be provided upon request.

We may contact the recipient when necessary to ensure the order is delivered as smoothly as possible. In fact, all deliveries to hospital are confirmed prior to dispatch.
